摘要
对云南省东川地区的生态现状进行了分析,评估了生态破坏的后果及其对地区社会经济发展和金沙江流域生态保护工作的影响;通过对过去生态保护与建设工作的回顾,弄清目前导致该地区生态脆弱性程度较高的关键问题和成因;根据未来本地区社会经济发展和区域生态保护、恢复与建设的具体需求,从调整农业结构,确保生态建设投入,实施积极的生态移民战略和强化后续管理工作等角度,探讨了本地区生态综合整治的策略;结合西部大开发战略的实施,探讨了需要注意的相关问题.
In this paper we analyzed the ecological status of Dongchuan region, Yunan Province and assessed the results of ecological disturbance and its impacts on the socio-economic development and the ecological protection of Jinsha River valley. Through reviewing the post ecological protection and construction works, we raveled the key problems and its causes, which led to higher degree of ecological fragility in the region. Based on the concrete requirements of future regional socio-economic development and ecological protection recovery and construction, the regional ecological integrated renovation were explored from angles of regulating the agricultural structure, ensuring the input for ecological construction, practising the people migration strategy and strengthening the subsequently management works. Combined with the practice of the Great West Exploitation Strategy some important problems related to the area were also discussed.
