摘要
本研究通过对企业技术发展与其影响因素的关联分析 ,选择影响企业技术发展的四个重要因素 (产业市场结构 ,产业主导技术生命周期、企业规模、企业技术能力 )作为基向量构成企业多维评价结构模型 ,据此将企业适当分类 ,并建立企业技术发展战略集合。在此基础上选择十种有研究意义的企业形态 ,根据不同的形态企业的特征和不同企业技术发展战略的适用范围 ,提出不同企业形态 (或处于不同发展阶段的企业 )适宜的技术发展战略及战略重点。
This study selected four important influence factors about enterprise technical development(market structure,technical lice circle,enterprise,technical ability)as basic vectors through relativitu analysis,developed a multidimensional valuation model for classifying the enterprises,ans built an enterprise technical strategy set.then ten enterprise forms being worth studying were selected. According to the features of different enterprise forms and the suitabilities of differet technical strategies,this study indicated the technical stuategies ans strategical rocal points suitable for different enterprixe forms(or for different development stages of the enterprises).Finally,several cases were studied.
