摘要
由于预拌泵送混凝土配料和制作的特殊性 ,使得它的裂缝概率高于非泵送混凝土。在详尽分析板面裂缝增多原因的基础上 ,有针对性地提出了消除混凝土裂缝控制的办法。如 :严把原材料质量关 ,掺入膨胀剂 ,增加抗裂钢筋网 ,采用二次振捣等等。通过采取以上方法 ,对施工质量严格加以控制 。
Because of the specialty of ingredient and production of the ready mixing pumping concrete the probability of producing cracks is higher than non pumping concrete. Based on the detailed analysis of the cracks on the surface of concrete slabs the methods of controlling the cracks are proposed purposefully. The measures contain: good raw materials, adding swelling agent, adding reinforcing steel net to preventing cracking and using second tamping. Through those methods and strictly controlling the construction quality the cracks are greatly reduced.
