摘要
砖混结构是我省量大面广的传统建筑。通过调查砌体砌筑质量 ,指出砌体在水平、竖缝砂浆饱满度 ,砌体留槎、接槎 ,砖和砂浆强度及构造柱作法等方面存在影响结构、抗震能力的主要质量问题。分析了产生问题的根源 ,探讨解决问题的办法 。
The brick concrete structure is traditional building in our province. Through the investigation of the masonry quality the quality problems exiting in the masonry are proposed. The problems contain mortar′s saturation degree, brick and mortar′s intensity, making of the constructional columns and other aspects. The influence of structure and earthquake resistant ability are analyzed. Finally the reasons of the problems are proposed and the solving methods are discus to accomplish a qualified engineering.
