用IR、^(13)C-NMR谱测定丙烯/1辛烯和乙烯/丙烯/1-辛烯共聚物的组成

Determination of the Composition of Propylene/l-Octene and Ethylene/Propylene/l-Octene Copolymers by IR and ^(13)C-NMR

摘要 通过分析丙烯/1-辛烯和乙烯/丙烯/1-辛烯两种共聚物的IR谱,建立了测定共聚物组成的标准曲线。分别采用上述IR标准曲线及^(13)C-NMR谱法测定了一系列组成不同的共聚物的组成,两种方法的结果一致。表明用快速且简便的IR谱测定共聚物组成的方法是可靠的。 Propylene/l-octene copolymer and ethylene/propylene/l-octene terpolymer were investigated with IR and ^(13)C-NMR spectroscopy. The following quantitative relationships are obtained from IR studies to determine the l-olefins content in the eopolymer and terpolymer: log(D_(720)/D_(1150))=0.0256C_o-0.668(propylene/l-octene), log(D_(1150)/D_(720))=0.0602C_p-2.35 and D_(1378)/D_(1150)=10.SC_o+8.20 (ethylene/propylene/ 1-octene),where D_(720), D_(1150), D_(1378) are the absorbance of the peaks appeared at 720, 1150, 1378cm^(-1) respectively, and C_o, C_p are the molar fractions of l-octene and propylene in the polymers respectively. The composition of a series of copolymers and terpolymers determined by IR and ^(13)C-NMR methods are compared.
