摘要
目的探讨胎儿、成人正常皮肤、增生性瘢痕三种不同来源成纤维细胞的透明质酸合成特点。方法将细胞上清液分为游离组(未处理组)和结合组(盐酸胍及木瓜蛋白酶处理组),用透明质酸结合蛋白技术分别对透明质酸含量进行放免测定。结果胚胎组游离透明质酸含量高于成人组(P<0.001),而与瘢痕组无明显差异。瘢痕组总的透明质酸含量明显高于成人组和胚胎组(P<0.001),后两者总量无差异。结论胚胎合成游离透明质酸较多,可能和胚胎创伤无瘢痕愈合密切相关,然而瘢痕的过度增生也有游离及总的透明质酸增高的因素存在。
Objective Investigate the dynamics of hyaluro nan synthesis by fibroblasts from fe tal,normal adult skin and hypertrop hic scar.Methods The profile of hyaluronan synthesis by fibroblasts derived from human fe tal skin,normal adult skin,hypertr ophic scar were ob-served and analyzed using HABA radio-immunity determination.Result The synthesis of free hyaluronan by f etal fibroblasts was higher than that of adult normal skin(P<0.001),but there was no difference between fetal fibroblasts and hypertrophic' s,whereas the total hyaluronan synt hesis by fibroblasts from hypertrophic sc ar was much higher than that of fetus a nd adult normal skin(P<0.001),between the last two ,there wasn' t obvious difference.Conclusion The much more free hyaluronan synthesized by fetal fibroblasts maybe clo sely related to scarfree healing of f etus.
