摘要
目的 建立羟基喜树碱注射液的毛细管区带电泳测定方法。方法 在Beckman 5 0 0 0型毛细管电泳仪上 ,采用石英毛细管柱 ,以 2 0mmol·L-1硼砂溶液为电极缓冲液 ,2 14nm的检测波长 ,进行定量分析。结果 在 1～ 10 μg·ml-1范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,其回归方程为 :Y =0 .0 0 5 5 2X +0 .0 0 3 5 ,r=0 .9996 ,回收率大于 95 .6 8% ,最小检测限为 0 .5 μg·ml-1(S/N =3)。结论 毛细管区带电泳可以用于羟基喜树碱注射液的定量分析 ,具有高效、快速、简便。
Aim To establish a capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) method for the analysis of hydroxycamptothecinum.Method On silica capillary, the running buffer solution was sodium borate buffer(pH9).The internal standard was camptothecinum. The wavelength of detection is 214nm.Results The linear correlation is observed from the concentrations of 1～10μg·ml -1 ,the limit of determination is 0.5μg·ml -1 (S/N=3).The recoveries (n=3) are over 95.68%.Conclusion CZE can be utilized for the analysis of hydroxycamptothecinum.It has the advantages of accuracy,fastness,convenience,low sample and reagent consumption.
