摘要
总结 9例先天性膈疝新生儿围手术期护理体会。根据新生儿的特点 ,认为注意监测和记录生命体征的变化 ,做好体位护理和胃管护理 ,加强保暖 ,保持内环境的平衡和改善营养状况 ,重视循环监测和呼吸管理等是围手术期护理的重要内容。
The authors in this paper have made a summary about their nursing of 9 neonates with congenital diaphragmatic hernia.They suggest a successful operation exists in such nursing means as monitoring and recording the changes of neonatal life signs based on neonatal features,performing nursing of body positions and gastric catheters,keeping the neonates warm,keeping the internal environment balanced,strengthening nutrition,paying much attention to the monitoring of circulation and management of respiration.
