摘要
通过对二茂铁合成的几条原料路线的综合评价,认为以二甲基亚砜为溶剂的原料路线是最佳的。对于以二甲基亚砜为溶剂的二茂铁合成法,不宜使用催化剂。增大二甲基亚砜或氢氧化钠的用量都可使二茂铁产率提高并趋恒定。改变传统的加料方法可抑制反应体系的凝结,并提高产率7.7%,使二茂铁产率达92.2%。另外,可蒸馏回收利用二甲基亚砜70%。
As a result of comprehensive evaluation of different ferrocene synthesis routes, the one that uses DMSO as solvent is proved to be optimal. In the process no catalyst is used. The yield of ferrocene increases as the amount of DMSO or NaOH used increases, and tends to be constant gradually. Properly changing the charge procedure can inhibit the reaction system from coagulation, and increase the yield of ferrocene by 7.7%, so that a yield of 92.2% is obtained. Moreover, 70% of DMSO can be recovered by distillation.
