摘要
采用加压微型反应-色谱联用装置,对气相苯加氢制环已烷的Pt/Al_2O_3催化剂的制备方法、制各工艺和活化条件进行了系统的研究,得到了高活性和高选择性的催化剂制备工艺条件。研究中还用氢氧滴定、程序升温脱附、程序升温还原、扫描电子显微镜等表面测试手段,对催化剂的表面状态进行了研究,探讨了催化剂的表面状态与活性的关系。
A combined unit of a microreactor and a chromatograph is applied to systematic investigation of preparation and activation of Pt/γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst for hydrogenation of benzol to cyclohexane in gas phase. The preparation conditions for the highly active and selective catalyst are obtained. In the studies, hydrogen—oxygen titration, programmed temperature desorption, programmed temperature reduction and scanning electron microscope are used to examine the surface structure of the catalyst. Relationships between the surface state and the activation are discussed.
