摘要
以KPS-NaHSO_3为引发体系,合成了MMA与交联淀粉的接枝共聚物。当[KPS]为8×10^(-3)mol·l^(-1)、[NaHSO_3]为1.2×10^(-2)mol·l^(-1)、[MMA]为6×10^(-1)mol·l^(-1)、固液比为2:100、40℃反应4小时,所得接枝共聚物的G、E及PMMA支链的(?)_η均较高。将接枝共聚物用NH_2NH_2改性,制得含—COONHNH_2功能基的改性接枝共聚淀粉。此产物对Ag^+的最大吸附容量为30.6mg/g,对电镀废水中所含Ag^+离子的回收率达90%以上。
The graft copolymer of MMA and crosslinked corn starch was synthesized using KPS-NaHSO_3 as initiation system. The maximum G and E are observed at [KPS] of 8x10^(-3) mol/1, [NaHSO_3) of 1.2×10^(-2)mol/1, [MMA] of 6x10^(-1)mol/1, and a solid liquid ratio of 2:100 at 40℃ for 4h. Graft copolymers containing—COONHNH_2 group were prepared by reaction of the MMA-crosslinked starch copolymer with hydrazine hydrate. The adsorption condition and capacity of the modified graft for Ag^+ ion were investigated. The experimental results show that the modified grafts have high adsorbability and recovery for Ag^+ion, and can be used for treatment of eletrolytic waste water containing Ag^+ion.
