摘要
对C_7-C_8、C_8-C_(10)和C_7-C_(10)α-烯烃在庚烷溶液中,以TiCl_3-Al(C_2H_5)_2Cl为催化剂的共聚合动力学进行了研究。以气相色谱法测出了共聚单体的配料比和反应中各组份单体的消耗量,根据Fineman-Ross公式:R-R/ρ=(R^2/ρ)γ_1—γ_2,算出了各组份单体的竞聚率。1-辛烯(M_1)-1-庚烯(M_2):γ_1=0.85,γ_2=1.0;1-癸烯(M_1)-1-辛烯(M_2):γ_1=0.72,γ_2=1.0;1-癸烯(M_1)-1-庚烯(M_2):γ_1=0.94,γ_2=1.3。获得的竞聚率用三元共聚方程作了验证。
The kinetic study on the copolymerization of C_7-C_8, C_8-C_(10) and C_7-C_(10) α-ole-fins with TiCl_3-AI(C_3H_5)_2Cl catalysts in heptane was carried out at 30℃ or 40℃. The molar ratio of the monomers and the composition of the monomers unreacted after the copolymerization can be calculated on the data determined by GC. The reactivity ratios calculated according to Fineman-Ross equation, R-R/ρ=(R_2/ρ)·γ_1-γ_2 are given as follows: 1-octene (M_1)-1-heptene (M_2), γ_1=0.85, γ_2=1.0; 1-decene(M_1)-1-octene(M_2): γ_1=0.72, γ_2=1.0; 1-decene(M_1)-1-heptene(M_2):γ_1=0.94, γ_2=1.3. The reactivity ratios were identified with the ter-polymerization equation.
