摘要
针对锅筒焊接材料中易出现的氢致冷裂等问题 ,分别从焊材的选择、预热、热输入量、后热、去应力处理等方面 ,将国内外资料中提供的经验和建议结合历年生产实践作一综合介绍 ,旨在为帮助制订实用、合理的锅筒用钢焊接工艺提供参考。
To cope with the common problem of hydrogen induced cold cracking in drum steel welding, and for the purpose of providing reference to stipulate practicable and reasonable drum steel welding procedure, a comprehensive introduction of the experiences and advices from domestic and foreign documents in combination with our production practice in past years is given in aspects such as the selection of welding material, preheating, heat input, postheating and stress reieve.
