摘要
对二氧化双环戊二烯合成的条件、工程及安全问题进行了研究。采用乙醛液相氧化制取过氧乙酸,再与C_5馏份中双环戊二烯反应得到二氧化双环戊二烯和联产品乙酸。该工艺路线比传统的“双氧水氧化”工艺先进,生产成本低,产品的主要质量指标已接近或达到世界先进水平。
The technological factors, engineering and safety problems for producing dicyclopentadiene diepoxide were investigated. Peracetic acid is produced by acetaldehyde liquid phase oxidation, and is then reacted with cyclopentadiene of the C_5 fraction. Dicyclopentadie ne diepoxide and the co-product acetic acid are obtained. This technological route is an improvement on the traditional 'hydrogen peroxide oxidation' route, with lower cost of production and the main quality indexes of the product being close to or come up to advanced world standard.
