摘要
目的 :观察骨嗜酸细胞肉芽肿激素病灶注射疗效。方法 :33例平均随访 8.1年 ,共 5 1处病灶 ,以股骨、颅骨多见 ,病灶注射醋酸曲安缩松 5 0mg平均 2 .1次。结果 :48处病灶均获得骨性修复。结论 :本法简便、有效 ,可避免手术。
Objective:To observe the result of treatment of eosinophilic granuloma of bone by injection to the lesion with prednisolone acet ate.Methods:33 cases were followed-up for an averege of 8.1 years including 51 lesions.Mo st lesions were in femur and skull injected with prednisonlone acetate averege 2 .1 time.Result:Bony repair was obtained in 48 lesions.Conclusion:This method is simple and effective and can avoid operation.
