摘要
根据相似放大试验研究结果,对旋风分离器分离性能的几种计算方法进行了适当的修正,并应用三种不同直径的蜗壳式旋风分离器在不同的粉尘和不同的操作条件下进行了实验。修正后的理论计算结果与实验结果基本吻合,尤其是横混模型的修正计算与试验结果吻合较好。
Several methods of calculating grade efficiency based on thedifferent separation mechanisms are revised with the results obtined in similitude scale-up tests.Some experiments with different kinds of dust were carried out under different operating conditions.The theoretical calculation of the revised equations agreed basically with the experimental results.The lateral back-mixing model is more accurate than the othrs.
