摘要
对用作水力旋流器锥套的六种材料进行了试验,研究了这六种材料分别在含石英砂磨粒的水介质和泥浆介质中的磨损规律,得到了六种材料在水和泥浆介质中的磨损速度、磨损时间、磨粒浓度和泥浆粘度与材料的磨损率的函数方程,并根据试验研究的结果,提出了提高水力旋流器锥套可靠性的主要措施。
Six materials for making the hydrocyclone cones were tested.The wearing of those materials in sand-water and sand-mud media were studied respectively.Somefunctional relations of wear rate with testing speed,duration particle weight concentration and mud viscosity for six materials were obtained.,On the basis of the research results the major measures for raising the reliability of the hydrocyclone cones were proposed
