摘要
目的 :研究三根祛瘤方对人卵巢癌细胞株 HO-8910的体外生长影响。方法 :用三根祛瘤方不同浓度培养液 ,分别培养 HO-8910细胞 2 4小时、48小时、72小时 ,应用 MTT(四甲基偶氮唑蓝 )比色法观察 H O-8910细胞生长情况。结果 :三根祛瘤方对人卵巢癌细胞株 HO-8910的体外生长有抑制作用 ,并呈现出时间和剂量依赖关系 ,最佳抑制浓度为 6 2 .5 m g/m L ,最佳作用时间为 48小时。结论 :三根祛瘤方对人卵巢癌细胞株 HO-8910 [1 ]
Objective:It is to study the effect of Three Root Anticancer Drug (TRAD) on the growth of ovarian cancer cell lines HO-8910. Methods: Ovarian cancer cell lines HO-8910 were cultured by cultural liquid containing different concentration of TRAD for 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours. The proliferation of ovarian cancer cell lines HO-8910 was observed by MTT colorimetry. Results: Different concentration of TRAD inhibited the growth of ovarian cancer cell lines HO-8910. There was dependent to the relation between the dose and time. The best inhibitive proliferation was 62.5mg/mL, and the best effect time was 48 hours. Conclusion:TRAD can inhibit the proliferation of ovarian cancer cells HO-8910 in vitro.
