摘要
本文采用“连杆多质量代替系统”的准静态平面变厚度有限元法 ,对TC4 90ZQ车用柴油机连杆进行多方案计算 ,由最大应力和最小安全系数来判别强化后连杆的安全性并提出改进连杆结构的途径。
According to maximum stress and minimum safety factors this paper calculates connecting rod of TC490ZQ Vehicular diesel engine by the finite element method of sub tranquility flat alter thickness which adopts 'connecting rod multi mass replacement system'. We can estimate the safety of reinforced connecting rod and find out the way of improving connecting rod structure.
