摘要
目的探讨内皮素(ET)及降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)在类风湿性关节炎(RA)发生、发展过程中的作用。方法采用放射免疫分析法,对30例RA患者及20例正常对照组血浆中ET及CGRP的水平进行检测。结果RA患者血浆中ET的水平及ET/CGRP的比值明显升高,CGRP水平明显降低,与正常对照组相比较差异显著(P<0.01)。进一步分析表明,活动期RA患者及关节X线改变为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的RA患者,血浆ET的水平及ET/CGRP的比值明显高于稳定期及关节改变为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期的RA患者;而血浆CGRP的水平明显低于后者(P<0.01)。结论RA患者体内存在明显地ET及CGRP的平衡失调,且与RA患者的病情严重程度密切相关,提示ET及CGRP参与了RA的发病过程。
Aim To investigate the role of endothelin(ET)and calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)in rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Methods ET and CGRP Levels in 30 RA patients and 20 healthy controls were determined by radio-immunoassay. Results 1Plasma ET level and ET/CGRP ratio in RA patients were significantly higher than those in controls(P<0.01),while CGRP level obviously decreased(P<0.01);2Plasma ET and ET/CGRP ratio in active stage and Ⅲ-Ⅳ phase (X-ray change)RA patients were much higher than those in stable stage and Ⅰ-Ⅱ phase RA patients(P<0.01),while CGRP level in the former was lower than that in stable and Ⅰ-Ⅱ phase patients(P<0.01). Conclusion Imbalance between ET and CGRP was closely correlated with disease severity of RA. ET and CGRP may play an important role in etiology and pathogenesis of RA.
