摘要
为观察参麦注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效 ,将 4 0例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分成治疗组 (2 0例 )和对照组 (2 0例 ) ,治疗组参麦注射液 4 0ml静脉滴注 ,每日 1次 ;对照组丹参注射液 2 0ml静脉滴注 ,每日 1次 ,疗程 15天。观察心绞痛发作次数、血压、心率、硝酸甘油含服数量、静息心电图变化。结果 :治疗组的总有效率为 6 0 % ,对照组为 2 5 % (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗组的心绞痛发作次数、硝酸甘油含服量、心肌耗氧指数、静息心电图有明显的改善 (P <0 0 5～ 0 0 1)。
To observe the curative effects of'Gensing Ophiopogon Injection'in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris,40 patients were randomized into treatment group and control group,20 cases in each group.In treatment group,intravenous drip of 40ml'Gensing Ophiopogon Injection'was given,once a day;in control group,intravenous drip of 20ml'Danshen Injection'was given,once a day;they all were treated for 15 days.The onset number of angina pectoris,blood pressure,heart rate,amount of sublingual nitroglycerin and resting electrocardiogram(ECG)were observed.Results showed that the onset number of angina pectoris amount of sublingual sucking nitroglycerin and the oxygen consumption indexes of heart reduced,and the resting ECG improved in treatment group.It is revealed that'Gensing Ophiopogon Injection'is effective against unstable angina pectoris.
