摘要 为了利用血清学方法检测熊的肝脏疾病 ,采用肝功能试验的方法 ,对黑熊棕熊血清总蛋白TP(Serumtotalprotein)、血清白蛋白A(Albumin)、G血清球蛋白 (Globulin)、血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶ALT(Alanineaminotransferase)进行了测定。结果表明 :32只被检测的黑熊、棕熊中 ,患有肝脏疾病的 5只熊 ,ALT平均值为 10 5 .9;健康熊2 5只ALT平均值 2 1.2 4。患病组与对照组ALT的 μ0 .0 1=2 .5 76 ,差异显著。 Such following serological indexes as Serum Total Protein (TP), Albumin, Globulin and Alanine Aminotrans ferase (ALT) were measured for detecting liver diseases of black bears and brown bears. The results showed that the average value of ALT of 5 bears which are suffering liver diseases among the 32 individuals totally examined in this paper was 105.9, compared with 21.24 of the left 25 healthy bears. There was significant difference between these two groups. ALT plays a determinant role in examining liver diseases of bears.
