摘要
山楂甲醇提取物经DM130型大孔吸附树脂-聚酰胺小柱净化,用聚酰胺薄膜层析法鉴别山楂中的牡荆素鼠李糖苷(Ⅰ),并采用该法对伪品山楂和含牡荆素的常用中药进行了专属性考察。结果表明,Ⅰ是山楂的专属性成分,用其作对照品鉴别山楂更具专属性和科学性。
The methanol extract of Fructus Crataegi was purified on macro-reticular resins (model DM130)-polyamide column. Vitexin rhamnoside(Ⅰ)was identified from Fructus Crataegi by TLC on polyamide layer sheets.The false and the confused species of Fructus Crataegi and some traditional Chinese herbal medicines which contain vitexin were studied by the same method.The results indicated that compound I was special constitute of Fructus Crataegi and the identification method of Fructus Crataegi with I was special.
