文化是人类赖以生存和发展的基础 ,语言是文化的重要组成部分 ,语言的文化渗透无论在文化的共时系统还是历时系统都是全方位的。它具有人类各种传播媒介无法替代的文化功能。在不同的语言与不同的民族文化中 。
Culture is the base on which man can exist and develop.Language is an important part of culture.Cultural infiltration of language is omnibearing both in synchronic and diachronic cultural system.Language has cultural function which can not be replaced by any other medium.Its meaning varies from language to language and from culture to culture.
