摘要
为体现现代文明社会对人的尊严和人权的保护 ,尽快实现用法律的方式保护个人数据隐私权 ,确立保护个人数据隐私权的法律原则 ,界定对个人数据隐私权侵犯的构成要件显得极为必要。
In order to incarnate the protection to human’s dignity and rights in modern civilized society, protection of personal data by using laws should be established as soon as possible.It can overcome the shortage of technology to some degree. It is necessary to set up the law principles to protect personal data privacy and to construct the inscape of infringing rights.
