摘要
在两个最基本的公理性理论假设下 ,给出了四个基本命题和两个定理 ,并进行了严格的逻辑证明 ,继而建立了现代企业的后家族管理的基础性理论模型。通过对现代管理和后家族管理的分析 ,指出后家族管理是现代管理手段嫁接于家族企业内部的管理模式 。
The paper sets up a fundamental and theoretical model of post-family management at the basic hypothesis, propositions and theorems, and verifies the system of post-family management logically. Organization and structure of Post-Family Management has been studied in comparison with current management. Techniques of management is merged into family enterprises. At last, It points out a new model of system of supervision and function by analysis of human resource system in a new way.
