摘要
在风险投资业的发展过程中 ,政府的行为直接关系到风险投资业的发展状况和进程。鉴于我国风险投资业尚处于起步阶段 ,我国政府应积极借鉴发达国家的成功经验 ,为风险投资创造各种有利的外部环境 ,积极引导风险投资业的健康发展 ,而不应过多地参与风险投资的运作。文章从创造有利的政策环境 ,建立合理的风险投资模式 ,完善监管制度 ,推行股票期权制等方面探讨了发展风险投资业的政府行为问题。
During the development of venture capital industry, the government behavior affects directly the developing condition and process of venture capital industries. In view of the primary course of venture capital industries in China, therefore , our government should actively refer to the successful experiences of developed countries ,create all kinds of proper external environment for venture capital, guide venture capital industries to develop healthily and avoid being involved too much in the operation of venture capital directly. The paper researches on the problems of government behavior in development of venture capital industries, covering creating better policy environment, building the reasonable venture capital model, perfecting the controlling system and carrying out the promissory stock system etc.
