摘要
业务流程再造是企业进行信息化的基础和前提。文章阐述了现代企业业务流程再造的新思路 ,指出了传统企业进行信息化失败的主要原因 ,提出了实施业务流程再造应注意的问题 ,为企业实现信息化作参考 ,进一步增强企业竞争能力。
BPR(business process reengineering) is the basis and the presupposition for information realization of the corporations. From the angle of the implication of BPR and development, the paper introduces the necessity and its development, the paper introduces the necessity and the feasibility of BPR of modern corporations and points out the problems in carrying out BPR. As a reference to information realization of corporations, the paper can help to enhance the competitive competence of corporations.
