摘要
针对传统的散粮汽车过磅计量过驳工艺装卸成本高、效率低这一问题 ,开发了一种散粮直接过驳工艺。新工艺省去了汽车在港内往返倒运的环节 ,散粮经可在码头上自由移动的流动磅计量后 ,由可移动式皮带机直接装驳 ,生产链大为缩减 ,物流由断续变为连续 ,因而大幅度地提高了效率 ,降低了成本。
We developed a direct barge technology for bulk food to solve the problem of higher handling cost and low efficiency in the tranditional car weighing barge technology. The new technology saved the car move to and fro in port. After the bulk food has weighed which use a mobile weigher that can be moved freely in port, it can be transported into barge directly, so the production chain can be reduced bigger,the material flow becomes continuous from intermittent, so that raise the efficiency bigger and decraese the cost.
