摘要
通过理论分析和实践 ,详细探讨了 Pro/E与 Pro CAST的接口方式 ,得出了最佳接口方案 ,解决了复杂铸件几何模型与有限元分析模型的数据传递问题。最后通过砂型铸造实例分析 ,验证了该方案。
Through a theoretical analysis and practice,this technical paper discusses in detail the interface mode of linking Pro/E to ProCast,resulting in an optimum interface approach,which solves the problem in data transfer of both geometric models of complex shaped castings and FEM models.Finally,the author proves his approach by analyzing an example of sand mould casting.
