摘要
水土流失导致土地资源破坏 ,水资源条件恶化 ,对农业生产发展影响极大。水土保持治理可以有效保护和合理开发利用水土资源 ,对发展质量效益农业 ,防洪减灾 ,实现农业可持续发展有促进作用 ;
Soil erosion leads destroy of soil resource,worsening of water resource and it causes a great impact on agricultural development water and soil conservation can effectively protect water and soil resources and is good for reasonable development and utilization of this resource.It will be helpful for promotion of high quality benefit agriculture,control of flood and desaster relief and realization of sustainable development of agriculture.This paper also gives out some suggestions for water and soil conservation and eco_environment construction.
