摘要
将应变式压力传感器的弹性膜片与一种光纤位移检测装置相结合构成了一种反射式光纤压力传感器 ,阐述了其设计思想 ,并给出了一个设计实例。该互补偿型传感器可以消除环境温度。
Based on the elastic diaphragm of the strain gage pressure transducer in combination with an optical fiber displacement detector we have developed a new type of the complementary reflecting optical fiber pressure transducer.The analysis and design method are stated in detail in this paper.This complementary transducer is not under the influence of variation of ambient temperature,light path dissipation and source power fluctuation etc..
