摘要
分析了厄尔尼诺发生发展时期对东亚大气环流 ,黑龙江省及建三江地区洪涝灾害影响的一般规律。分析结果表明特殊的1997～ 1998年的厄尔尼诺现象对环流、西太平洋副热带高压、鄂霍次克海阻高的影响 ,是造成 1998年嫩江。
This paper analyzes the regular pattern of influence of the ELNINO phenomenon which is occuring and developing period to East Asia atmosphere circulation,flood and waterlogging in Heilongjiang Province and Jiansanjiang Area. Practice shows that the influence of the special ELNINO phenomenon in 1997～1998 to West Pacific Subtropics high pressure and Erhocic Blocking high pressure has caused serious flood in Nenjiang and Songhua River in 1998.
