摘要
选用一种低粘度的无毒植物油 (5 0mPa·s ,15℃ )为基础油 ,加入一种植物树脂使植物油增稠 ,粘度及流变性参数达到要求值 ,必要时加加重剂提高密度 ,得到了植物油 /树脂取心密闭液。介绍了所选植物油和树脂的基本性能和主要成分 ,植物油 /树脂取心密闭液的制备方法、基本性能及对常用水基钻井液 (两性聚合物钻井液 )性能的影响 ,并与蓖麻油取心密闭液作了对比。实验结果表明 ,加入 2 .5 %— 10 %植物油 /树脂或蓖麻油取心密闭液对钻井液性能的影响几乎相同而且不太 ,只是植物油 /树脂取心密闭液引起钻井液密度下降幅度略大。在实际应用中 ,取心密闭液对钻井液性能的影响可随钻井液的循环迅速消失。因此 ,所研制的植物油 /树脂取心密闭液完全可以代替价格高且有毒性的蓖麻油取心密闭液。
A low viscosity(50 mPa·s at 15℃) nontoxic vegetable oil selected as base oil is thickened by introducing a natural plant resin to reach required viscosity and rheologic behavior and weighted in case of necessity by adding high density materials to obtain the titled sealing fluid for coring. The basic properties and principal chemical constituents of the oil and the resin and the preparation, performance properties and effects on the properties of a commonly used water base amphiprotic polymer drilling fluid of the vegetable oil/plant resin sealing fluid are presented in comparison with that of castor oil sealing fluid. It is shown that 2.5-10.0% of these two sealing fluids introduced causes similar and slight changes in properties of the drilling fluid except that the density of the drilling fluid with the titled sealing fluid added decreases more. In practical uses the influences of a sealing fluid on drilling mud properties diminish soon after starting circulation. The vegetable oil/plant resin sealing fluid recommended might replace the cost and toxic castor oil ones in coring jobs.
