γ射线扫描是一项用于工艺设备过程故障检测诊断的新技术。利用该项技术协助某催化裂化装置解决了反再系统催化剂流化失常、外旋催化剂跑损严重等问题 。
The γ ray scanning technique is a new technique to diagnose failures of process machinery and equipment.Using this technique,problems of malfunction in fluidization of catalyst in reaction regeneration system of a FCCU,the heavy loss of catalyst in external cyclone and the failures in depropanizer of the gas ends plant were solved.
