摘要
以对甲苯甲腈为原料 ,经氯化、环化和缩合三步反应合成了荧光增白剂OB -1 ,通过对化合物进行元素分析、红外光谱以及在DMF中紫外吸收光谱的测定 ,确定了目标分子。经HPLC测定 ,产品纯度大于 99%。同时 ,对影响反应的主要工艺条件进行了探讨。
Fluorescent brightener OB-1 is prepared by using p-tolunitrile as starting material through chlorination,cyclization and condensation.With its element analysis, IR absorption spectra and UV absorption spectra in DMF being measured,the target molecule has been confirmed.The product purity determined by HPLC is greater than 99%.Besides,the main technology conditions are discussed in detail.
