乙烯三聚制己烯-1催化剂的反应行为和动力学

摘要 采用微机采集数据的搅拌釜反应器对实验室自制的催化剂进行了反应行为和动力学研究,讨论了催化剂加入量,反应温度和压力对催化剂活性的影响,当催化剂加入量在一定范围时,最大反应速率与催化剂加入量呈一级动力学关系,反应压力在4.0-6.0MPa时,最大反应速率与乙烯压力呈三级动力学关系,并据此求出反应温度为95.130℃时催化剂上乙烯三聚反应的表观活化能为15.98kJ/mol。 The performance and kinetics of ethylene trimerization in a stirring reactor with base catalyst have been investigated, and its data have been gathered by computer. The effects of catalyst amount as well as temperature and pressure on catalytic activity have been discussed. The correlation between maximum trimerization rate and quantity of catalyst added indicates that the reaction is of the first order when the catalyst is within a concentration range with the amount of ethylene; the correlation between maximum trimerization rate and ethylene pressure indicates that the reaction is of the third order when the pressure is in the range of 4. 0-6.0MPa; and the apparent activation energy of ethylene trimerization on hexene-1 catalyst is 15. 98kJ/mol when the temperature is in the range of 95-130℃.
