摘要
氯 5 甲基吡啶是生产吡虫啉、啶虫咪等高效、低毒、低残留新农药的关键中间体。评述了国内外有关 2 氯 5 甲基吡啶合成的不同工艺路线及其优缺点 ,将合成工艺分成七类 :3 甲基吡啶氧化法、苄胺环合法、重氮化法、熔融盐法、环化法、吡啶酮法、3 甲基吡啶一步氯化法。指出了目前 2 氯 5 甲基吡啶合成存在的问题和解决办法 ,并展望了 2 氯 5
2-chloro-5-methyl-pyridine is an important intermediate for producing high efficient, low poisonous, low residual pesticides such as imidacloprid, acetamiprid, etc. The different technical routes of 2-chloro-5-methyl-pyridine at home and abroad are considerably described, as well as their advantages and disadvantages. There are seven methods to synthesize 2-chlor-methyl-pyridine: such as oxidation of 3-methylpyridine, cyclocondensation of benzyl amine, diazotization, melting salt, cyclization, pyridone, one-step chlorination of 3-methylpyridine. The problems existing in the synthesis of 2-chloro-5-methyl-pyridine and solutions for it are put forward. Prospect of its developing tendency is also forecasted.
