摘要
推导出火管废热锅炉的面积富裕系数、系统生产负荷率、主线率 3者之间的解析关系式 ,利用该公式可以确定废热锅炉副线设计的气量范围。认为现有的焚硫废热锅炉的面积富裕系数取值普遍偏大。
Analytical relations between redundancy of heating surface, operating duty ratio and mainstream ratio of fire tube waste heat boiler are deducted. Application of the equation can determine the design bypass ratio of waste heat boiler. It is considered that present waste heat boilers after sulphur burner are mostly too higher in their redundancy of heating surface. A specific method for detecting the actual redundancy of heating surface of existent waste heat boiler is offered.
