摘要
选出普遍适合马铃薯花粉萌发的液体培养基 :10 %蔗糖 + 0 0 2 %CaCl2 + 0 0 2 %H3BO3+ 0 0 2 %MgSO4 ·7H2 O + 0 0 1%KNO3,在此培养基上花粉的最高萌发率达 78 1%。培养基中加入0 4 %的NaCl能显著提高萌发速度但并无促进萌发的作用 ;5～
Factors influencing potato pollen germination were studied.A medium supplemented with 0 1 mmol/L K + and 1 0 mmol/L Mg 2+ can increase the germination frequency,and with 0 15 mmol/L Na + can speed the germinaton.After a procedure of optimization over 70% of pollen germination rate was obtained from the liquid medium composed of 10% Sucrose,0 02% CaCl 2,0 02% H 3BO 3,0 02% MgSO 4·7H 2O,0 01% KNO 3.Cold pretreatment increased the synchronization of germination.
