摘要
介绍了中国石化股份有限公司洛阳分公司的单段同轴重油催化裂化装置的现状及催化剂再生方式由完全再生改为常规再生的最初设想、实施过程和实施效果 ,对相应的技术和经济效益进行了初步分析。由完全再生改为常规再生后 ,装置操作平稳 ,处理量、轻油收率和平衡催化剂活性等也有了较大提高 。
The status quo of the co axial RFCCU in Luoyang Company,China Petrochemical Company,the tentative assumptions, both implementation and effects converting complete catalyst regeneration into conventional catalyst regeneration,were introduced.After conversion,the processing capacity of the unit,the light oil yield and the activity of equilibrium catalyst enhanced greatly,while the specific consumption of catalyst decreased.Preliminary techno economic analysis was given.
