摘要
对孵化15～25日龄的鸭胚腔上囊进行连续动态研究,结果表明,从腔上囊形成开始到出壳的鸭胚尚未形成较完整的具有体液免疫功能的组织结构;非炎性状态下腔上囊淋巴滤泡内出现的嗜异形细胞在腔上囊的分化发育中起着重要的组织改建作用。
We made a continuing histological observation of bura of fabricius development of embryonal ducks from the15to the25day in details in this study.The results show that the complete histological structure of bursa fabricius of ducks was unformed until the last hatching day,Non -inflammatory heterophile cells occurred during the developing course of bursa of fabricius probably participated in the reconstruction of struchure.
