摘要
为了探索高分子聚合物作为外用杀精子剂的可能性,本工作用体外杀精试验方法从合成的三十多种水溶性聚合物中,初选出聚羧酸类聚合物有较好的杀精效果。当其浓度为4.7%,pH为5.8,分子量达15万时,能在3O秒内完全抑制精子的活动。
In tins paper, the possibility of polymer compounds used as vaginal spermicldeswas probed and more than 30 polymer compounds were screened. The results of thespermicidal tests in vitro were reported. The results showed that polycarboxylic acid polymers had the best spermicidaleffects. In vitro,under the following conditions,these polymers would completely in-hibit the sperm motion within 30 seconds.The conditions of the test mentioned were:polymer concentration 4.7w%,PH 5.8,molecular weight 150,000,volume ratio be-tween polymer solution and semen 1:1. The spermicidal mechanisum of the polymers was discussed. The advantages ofthe polymeric spermicides are mainly in:1. They hardly absorbed by orgnism,fortheir higher molecular weight.2 They could maintain longer duration of the effects.3.In preparation for low molecular spermicides,they show synergism,
