In order to study the distribution of osthol in a rabbit’s viscera.Let the rabit take the osthol solution first,then killed it after 24 hours.The contents of osthol in the heart,live,kindey,and systtma genitale were 4.10,3.82,7.81,8.30μg/g respectively.
