摘要
本文采用无乳化剂乳液聚合方法,实现了苯乙烯—甲基丙烯酸2-羟乙酯的共聚合,考察了亲水性单体对聚合速度和胶乳性能的影响,探索了胶乳微球结合抗α-甲胎蛋白的适宜条件,合成了可用于制备肝癌胶乳诊断试剂的单分散性好、表面“清洁”的胶乳微球。
The latex microspheres ofstyrene/2-hydroxyethyl methacrylatecopolymers were prepared by meansof emulsifier-free emulsion polymeri-zation. It was indicated that thecontent of HEMA greatly affectedthe rate of polymeric reaction andthe average particle size. The surfaceproperty of latex microspheres wasexamined. Due to the clear surfaceand mono-dispersity of the latexmicrospheres, they were investigatedfor bonding anti-AFP Ab, andresulted that they could be usefulin the diagnosis of hepatoma.
