介绍了超临界流体技术在超微粒子制备中的原理和方法 ,给出了此技术在高分子材料、无机和有机材料方面的应用实例 。
Methods of using super critical fluid technology to make ultra micron,and its application in making high molecular synthetic materials,inorganic materials and organic materials are introduced.At the same time,the vista of the technology in material field is analyzed.
