摘要
目的 :研制诺氟沙星银 (Ag- FNL ) ,提高临床治疗效果。方法 :将诺氟沙星在碳酸钠水溶液中与无机银作用制得诺氟沙星银 (Ag- FNL )的试验研制 ,制订了完整的质量控制标准 ,并通过临床与磺胺嘧啶银 (Ag- SD)进行了疗效比较。结果 :Ag- FNL浓度仅为 Ag- SD的 1/ 10就能达到 Ag- SD的抗菌效果。结论 :Ag- FNL疗效与 Ag- SD进行比较 。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare Ag FNL and improve its clinical effect. METHOD: Ag FNL was prepared from FNL and Ag + in sodium corbonate solution and complete quality specifications was established. The clinical effect was compared between Ag FNL and Ag SD. RESULTS: Ag FNL, only 1/10 of the concentration of the Ag SDS had the same effect as the latter. CONCLUSION: The antimicrobial effect of Ag ENL was superior to that of Ag SD.
