摘要
目的 :总结 84例卵巢恶性生殖细胞瘤保留生育功能的治疗。方法 :回顾性分析收治的 116例卵巢恶性生殖细胞瘤 ,其中 84例 ( 期 5 7例 , 期 14例 , 期 13例 )保留对侧卵巢及子宫。术后联合化疗。结果 :全组 5年生存率 74 .9%。 65例存活 ,19例死亡。 62例月经周期正常 ,2例闭经。 13例已足月分娩 14个孩子 ,孩子生长正常。结论 :卵巢恶性生殖细胞瘤对化疗十分敏感 ,为幼女、少女。
Objective:Eighty four patients with maligna nt germ ce ll tumors of ovary who preseved fertility in operation were retrospectively sum marized. Methods:Eighty four patients (stage Ⅰ 57, stage Ⅱ 14, sta ge Ⅲ 13) preserved the opposite normal ovary and uterus in operation among 116 pa tients with germ cell tumors, and then followed the combination chemotherapy. Results:Five years survival rate in 84 patients was 74.9%. Sixty five pa tients are still alive. Nineteen patients died. Sixty two patients have normal m enstruation, two patients menoschesis. Thirteen patients had 14 full term babie s after operation, and all the babies grew normally. Conclusion:Malig na nt germ cell tumors of the ovary is very sensitive to chemotherapy. The Preserva tion of fertility is available to little girl and young women.
