摘要
目的 :观察维奥欣对冠心病人血浆内皮素 (ET)、氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白 (ox LDL)水平的影响。方法 :5 7例冠心病人随机分为维奥欣组和消心痛组。消心痛组仅口服消心痛 ,维奥欣组在口服消心痛同时加服维奥欣片剂。两组患者治疗前后测 ET、ox LDL的变化 ,同时取 2 5例健康人做对比。结果 :治疗前维奥欣组和消心痛组中冠心病人 ET、ox LDL水平明显高于健康人组。治疗后两组患者临床症状均明显好转 ,维奥欣组二项指标均较消心痛组明显下降 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :维奥欣片具有良好的抗心肌缺血作用 ,其作用机制可能与调整 ET、ox LDL代谢 ,改善内皮细胞功能有关。
Objective:To observe the effects of Wei- Ao- Xin tablet on Plasm a Endothelins(ET) and Oxide low density lipoprotein(ox L DL) in coronary heart disease cases.Methods:5 7coronary heart disease cases were divided at rnadom into two groups:Wei- Ao- Xin group treated with isosorbide dinitrate and Wei- Ao- Xin,isosorbide dinitrate group treated with isosorbide dinitrate only.Before and after the treatm ent,ET and ox L DL was m easured in venous blood.Results:The level of ET and ox L DL in coronary heart disease cases of two groups is Significantly higher than norm al people before the treatment.The decrease of ET and ox L DL in Wei- Ao- Xin group was significant(P<0 .0 1) while in the isosorbide dinitrate group(P<0 .0 5 ) .Conclusion:Wei- Ao- Xin tablet was effective in anti- myocardial ischem ia.The m echanism was adjusting the m etabloism of ET and ox L DL and im proving the endothelial cell function.
