摘要
目的 :研究 2型糖尿病病人不同中医证型红细胞 Ins- RTPK活性变化。方法 :对 2型糖尿病 1 0 8例分别进行中医辨证分型 ,另设正常对照 3 0例 ,分别测定红细胞 Ins- RTPK活性及 2 4 h尿1 7- OHCS排出量。结果 :中医各证型红细胞 Ins- RTPK活性下降 ,其变化规律呈气滞血瘀型≌阴虚热盛型 >气阴两虚型 >阴阳两虚型 ;各证型 2 4 h尿 1 7- OHCS也有一定改变。结论 :不同中医证型的实验室变化说明 2型糖尿病病理机制与下丘脑 -垂体 -肾上腺皮质轴的功能改变有关。
Objective:To explore the changes of Ins- RTPK of red blood cells in type diabetes cases.Methods: 10 8type II diabetes cases were diagnosed based on TCM differential diagnosis with another30 cases as the control. Detections were m ade on the Ins- RTPK activity and 2 4hour urine17- OHCS levels.Results:The Ins- RTPK activity of red blood cells was reduced in all the cases which was more significant in the following order:Qi stagnation and blood stasis cases,Yin weakness and too much heat cases,weakness of both Qi and Yin,Yin and Yan weakness cases.17- OHCH change was also observed in different TCM diagnosis type diabetes cases. Conclusion:The lab test changes in different type diabetes cases indicated that it was related to the hypothalamus- hypophysis- adrenal gland functions.
